Aromatic waters saturated with essential oils
I prepare these elixirs to preserve the soul of the plants. To convey its scent and healing power.
Aroma water - what is it and how is it made?
These essences preserve all ingredients and essential oils of flowers and herbs. They are made by distillation, because this is the gentlest extract known.
I harvest the flowers, especially the lavender, in the morning, when the dew has dried, and the multitude of bees show that this is the time when the flowers have the highest essential oil content. I cut the flowers from their stems and fill the cauldron of the prepared ancient Alquitara copper still, brought from Spain, with a pile of fragrant dark purple flowers. In Morocco, such steamers are still used to extract essential oils.
Then the long process begins while I collect the healing aroma drop by drop into a bottle.
I boil the water under the plant, and cool the hot, rising steam passing through the lavender flowers, and the condensation brings with it this wonderful, clear aroma water.
I can collect a liter of aroma water a day.
Water vapor dissolves the valuable essence the most gentle way.
THE ESSENCE carries with it the power of the EARTH in which the plant lived, the fire of the SUN that matured, the flow of AIR that passed through it as steam, and the WATER that collected it in purity.

How to use the distillates?
Aroma water that also contains its essential oil is extremely rare. Therefore, there is no experience with external and internal use. What is certain is that aroma water carries the active ingredients of the plant incomparably more gently than oils. I would encourage you to experiment according to your desires and needs. Distillates can certainly be used in the same way as essential oils, since they are used in solution anyway. So:
- In an evaporator. Healing scents also affect the body and soul. You can use their refreshing or soothing effects.
- Inhaling water, sauna, bath water, for compresses - always according to the effects of the herb
- In skin care, as a cosmetic agent - spray, face wash, refreshing water.
The product:
I offer aroma water saturated with essential oil. There is not much flower water on the market from which the essential oil has not been extracted and is made by hand. There is no price for these unique herbal spirits. On the other hand, it has costs - a wide range of expenses, even without the many working hours. I can extract a liter of aroma water one day. Well, it is not a factory.

My story:
The family is very big. And there are friends too. Close and distant, old and new friends. Most of us only meet very rarely. From far and wide, we just follow each other's lives. This short sketch of my life was written for them - for you. It's about how I got from teacher's degree and my really busy life , to the slow process of collecting healing nectars drop by drop.
A tale about the Big Turn of the second half of my life:
• Children have grown
We were just waiting to see if God would bless us with a seventh child when our first granddaughter was born. Then the line from then on continued with grandchildren in a dense line. There are fourteen now. Undoubtedly, my children are adults. They have grown up unnoticed and so quickly. As a full-time mother, I lost my role.
• I fought the Battle of Life
Our pioneering businesses were born out of the blue, and I like to think they had a social-shaping effect.
- In 1989, when we started teaching Mind Control, there had been hardly any precedent for the practice of conscious life, inner strength, inward attention present in our country. On many levels, we were confronted with the "being determines consciousness" approach.
- When we came out in 1992 with the idea of undisturbed childbirth, we turned a knife in the heart of the profession. We have been working with dubious success for more than a decade. Still, we achieved the utmost possible! In our family, the bad patterns passed from mothers to daughters have been overwritten. My daughters gave birth to ten children - all born at home - undisturbed.
- We established a life-organizing house (called NapÉjHáz) and a shelter for young, discarded pregnant mothers. (Lea Home)
These were dense decades, in eternal service, with great responsibility, with lots and lots of people, in constant spin. I handed over the baton at last. Others are teaching the courses, others are dealing with homeless mothers, others are attending homebirths, others are accompanying retreats. My time is up.
• The Turn
After the torments of the "dense dark forest," period, everything turned upside down. There was hardly anything left unchanged. I used to have an active life, now it is full with contemplation. There was a lot of work outside, now it is more to sort out inside. It used to be motion, chaos, doubt in a crazy noise day by day, now there is silence, slow processes, few people.
To do or to be - is no longer an issue. There is time for both.
I was told years ago, that the blossoming of a beautiful garden, a blessed place, could be my seventh child, which I longed for. I couldn't imagine it then. No garden, no mood, no nothing - I had nothing to do with it. But finally it worked out that way.
With the garden I can clearly see what I could not see while watching the kids grow up - that it's not all up to me. There are plants that take deep roots, there are those that extinct. I want to install herbs, but the soil I can give them is just not adequate for them. There are some that loose colour, there are others that proliferates richly. There are some that oppress those around, and there some persist under the shade. There are pests, rude, aggressive, and slow destroyers as well.
And I am the one who has the time, the strength, the opportunity, and the attention.
It is much easier to take good care of your garden than of a child!
So my new life was born in a beautiful silence. And one of the most joyful activities of it is taking care of flowers and herbs.
And there is this ethereal, purified process - the making of aroma water. Drop by drop. Exalting heart and soul.
